Stiff , unreasonable %35 - %50 penalty 2.5 months before departure
under all sold out condition. Terrible policy.
Terrible company. Terrible president and customer service.
Money is king for them not people they work for.
Original review posted by user Apr 27, 2017Had the terrible experience with Gate 1 Travel.The worst travel company of my lifetime led by Dani Mosher Pipany as a president , Beth Feleger as supervisor .. others... They do not care about people. The king in this company is money. I should read this review before...
