Gate1travel - Love Gate 1

I am actually shocked to read all these negative reviews. I just booked my 12th trip with Gate 1, have recommended to many friends who have all loved as well. A lot of these complaints seem to be about losing deposits or not getting money for cancellation - this is pretty standard in the industry I think. I don’t buy insurance with Gate 1, but I do make sure I have really good insurance with my credit card, personal travel insurance through a couple providers as well. I actually won’t travel with any other company.

Made reservations with Gate 1 and once I informed them I was going to take a portable foldable wheelchair they refused to let me travel with them..
