Do not buy the travel insurance it's a scam! Also if there is any chance for a real life emergency don't book with Gate 1 unless you want a 10% refund back on your trip. Besides apologizing for my emergency Gate 1 was no help at all.

I also had the same problem with Brian. Be careful when you book with Gate 1.

They will lower the prices and then not honor the lower price. I booked 10 months in advance and 1 month later found they had a lower price by $400. They refused to honor the lower price.

Most reputable companies will honor a lower price up until the final payment date (usually 60 to 90 days before departure). No more Gate 1 travel for me.

Gate1travel in Denver, Colorado - Gate 1 Travel Bait and Switch

Did not inform airline of ticket purchase,switched flights after purchase of tour, switch a hotel in one location,one of the days tours was horrible. Customer service was extremely rude, once they have your money they don't care. One customer service agent stated nothing you can do about your bad trip. Meet other people on different Gate 1 tours crossing the country and they were having the same issues and customer service was of no help. People were not connected with transfer, tours and some missed they cruise ship and could not get Gate 1 customer service to help. Much less time and energy to plan your own trip.
