Gate1travel review in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi: Why i wait for issue my ticket ?
So you assumed your grad wouldn't graduate, booked a vacation during that time and when you found out they WOULD graduate, your non-refundable vacation wasn't refundable so that you could attend a graduation, you complain? Why on earth would any company give you a refund in this situation?
You deserve special treatment because this is a "military" graduation? I don't think so.
- Cheap vacations
- Lack of customer service care
- Blame their vendors and customers
- Refuse to offer options when you need to make a change

Why wouldn't you have contacted the emergency travel number in your travel documents?

Hello, We are sorry if you feel there is any lapse in service. However, we did contact the hotel multiple times on your behalf.
As previously explained, they refute that anyone left the hotel due to the heat or that there were issues with the air conditioning. As such, they have charged in full per the terms of your reservation.

We booked a trip with Gate1 Travel so that we could visit our son who has been stationed in Asia for service in the US Navy. We paid a deposit for him in good faith, believing per his current orders that he would still be stationed there, but he was just sent back to...
Upon review of your records it appears that our staff was able to offer assistance with a copy of your son's orders.

Hello, Certainly we regret any inconvenience you may have experienced with your flights as it seems your tickets were issued and confirmed correctly through Gate 1. If you have not already done so we would encourage you to initiate a claim with the airline.

Hello, I am not sure that you booked your tickets through our company. We are Gate 1 Travel, a U.S.based tour operator. It seems you may have booked through Gate 1 which is a European consolidator whom we have no association with.
