Osterman's price per gallon was $5.60. I bought my own tank from DiLeo Propane and now pay $2.35 per gallon.
Osterman said their price per gallon was high for my residence based on low usage. This is the only place on earth that will penalize you for conservation.
Unethical! Dump Osterman and move to DiLeo Propane.
Eversource - Orange do not use tag on our gas service line

I need to speak to a customer service representative ASAP since we believe an Eversource representative placed an orange "do not use tag" on our service line after we experienced high CO levels from our stove that we use to prepare food for a fraternity house located on the Tufts campus at 98 Professors row in Somerville MA. One of the worst customer service is the NationalGrid call center. They have no idea what they are doing.
Worker were digging out the street and disconnect my gas and left the card by the door to call them back to restore because they are running new line in the area. I came home and no heat and hot water and can't cook. I had called the customer service since 7 PM and no one showed up until midnight.
I am going to report to the county throw the attorney. They don't even concern about the kids.
