Columbia Gas - Shut off service without notification

We were in Europe on vacation. When we came back, service was shut off.
Fine, we were late on our bill. However, they sent no mail to our door. They did not call us and leave a message. Nothing.
Then, they leave a hand-written note in our door that service has been shut off. There is ONE number to call. That is to an automated payment service. We pay the bill, then wait.
Nothing. For a full day. We have no idea when service will be turned back on. Nothing.
Complete ghetto company.
We have paid our bills for decades. Could you give us a call?f

I paid 765.00 on a friday and they refuse to turn it on any sooner than wednesday, and then the customer service lady says make sure their call is answered it will be an anonymous call and they will not call twice. You will go to the end of the list...

I paid every month yet when I recieved Liep assistance they pretended I had a balance and took more money out of Liep balance. 3 months worth.
I complained they lied and in the end said there is nothing you can do because we are the only gas company that can come to your house. She was so rude.

Washington Gas - Company damaged fence and destroyed the water heater

Washington Gas went into my yard without consent, damaged the fence and changed out the meter. Then when they went to put on the gas again none of the gas appliances worked.
They told me I have to get all the appliances repaired or replaced.
They tried to insinuate that they were not working before, however, I asked if that was the case why was I getting a bill for gas if none of the appliances worked. I’m still waiting for them to respond. They have been rude, untruthful, and at one point was trying to bully me.
Centerpoint Energy - I have been on hold for over 30 min to correct a billing mistake made by CP.

Yes, I called the 800 number and the regular number ... no one answers.
I have had autopay for decades, there is more than enough in my acct to pay a 23.35. Your company made a mistake. I have never in my 50 years of centerpoint missed a payment. Your people made a mistake and they need to input the correct number for my acct if they were told there is no such acct.
I have hd tghis acct with Bank of america since 1981. i just got notice in the mail, now they have removed autopay, i am not happy. i want to speak with a real person without holding for over 30 mins. I WANT THE 20.00 FEE REMOVED.
I want Auto Pay put back on.... and I want you to remit for payment again and for you to use the correct acct number or fix whatever mistake you made.
Atmos Energy - Gas turned off during lunch service

05/21/2019 Atmos came by on 05/21/2019 during the middle of lunch service in our restaurant and turned off the gas with no notice. Called the emergency hotline and was told it was not an emergency to them.
Had to have 10 tables leave. Called service department they first said it was because I didnt call them when I had made the payment on 05/19/2019 Later after getting a supervisor they were unsure as to what had happen. Was told they may get it turned back on before dinner service. We would lose $1500-$3500 because of it.
No choice but to use these guys and they just dont see why it was problem.
They are going to remove fees they had charge to disconnect. So kind of them!

These guys charge you whatever they can on top of the ACTUAL product they are selling because, well, they can. Literally half of my bill every month has nothing to do with the gas I am using. Then there is of course the convenience fee of using this wonderfully new 70...

My gas was disconnect in the middle of the day no note was left on my door. Didn't know until the next morning when I tried to cook breakfast. Paid my bill and they didn't tell me I had to make an appointment to get it turned back mow I will not hve gas until sometime...
