Gas Pump Heaven

We walked into the store today in search of parts for a visible gas pump for our historical museum we own and operate. We were verbally abused by the owner yelling at us for not having an appointment even though its not posted anywhere online or in person that you need an appointment.

We apologized for our ignorance and were still yelled at for another 15 minutes and told to leave. We left completely dumbfounded by what had happened, Ive never heard of any retail store requiring appointments to do business.

The lady that answers the phone there I assume is one of the owners. She has got to have the worst phone manners I have ever encountered...just plain RUDE.

I have called a couple of times to asking about items I want to order and just floored with her rudeness. They may have good things to sell but I will never know, I'm taking my business elsewhere that someone cares about their customers..

We just got our gas pump and it’s beautiful! They were so helpful and knowledgeable. A fun experience!

This was the second time I have dealt with Gas Pump Heaven..The first order I placed was for some small parts which were fine.I then decided to order a reproduction air meter and when I unpacked it I was shocked at the poor quality of the casings and powder coat finish!Looks like the Three Stooges built it!I sent pictures to the owner and spoke with him about the complaint.I was told that I expected too much and my complaint had no merit!I told him that I would post a negative review and was told that if I did I so that I would be banned from buying from him again!Why would I want to?Air pump was returned to via return call tag.

The owner named Andy of Gas Pump Heaven based out of Omaha Nebraska discriminates against customers that are not happy with their horrible customer service. Upon learning of the fact that I left a 1 star negative review on Google Reviews regarding my experience with Gas Pump Heavens customer service after ordering products from the company on 2/16/17.

The owner of the company (Andy) called me to demand that I edit and change my review about my experience with my first order with his company. I refused because I have the right to leave honest reviews about a company without being denied service or ability to purchase products from a company simply because I believe their customer service is horrible. It doesn't mean I still can't love their products and deal with their bad service. So upon my 3rd order with Gas Pump Heaven on 3/7/17, the owner (Andy) called me personally to demand that I "edit your review to a good one or i'm not selling to you".

We got into a heated exchange during a call on 3/10/17 and the owner refuses to honor my order, which I processed thru their web site and it hasn't been cancelled by them as of yet. No where on the companies web site does it stipulate that they will only do business with customers who leave positive reviews about them.

The owner of Gas Pump Heaven apparently believes he can legally discriminate against anyone that won't lie about the horrible customer service that his staff provides. I was not the only person to leave negative reviews about the companies customer service practices.
