Disrespectful customer service. customer service representative argues with consumer.

Consumer stress concerns and warranty issues. I am a senior citizen and my time just like everyone else is to be respected. when articulating my concerns raised voices from the non-professional staff exceeds its limits.

Paying customers should not have to deal with a company such as this spending thousands of dollars with this no good Dealership. Caution beware of bad attitude and high prices.

All time low poor service Quality care.

I was service for front suspension work. Technician repaired what they diagnosed as the problem.

There was one exception they could not service A wheel alignment. There was a $50 deductible with my warranty. I was told I did not have to pay the deductible OK. When I went for the alignment the technician observed what they said was needed to complete the wheel alignment.

At any rate they charge me for an alignment $128 therefore paying over the deductible amount. I would not have had to pay extra if Barbara had the equipment to do the job and if they did not have the equipment they should have informed me therefore alleviating the difficultie that we are experiencing today. When I explain this matter to the female at the Service counter immediately Change occurred.. She Became arrogant Informing me if they went over the work they have completed I will be responsible.

That wasnt the case at all no work was replaced on the contrary I was told work was not completed and I had the documents. This woman was arguing with me telling me I needed to come back at a certain time and Im there early in the morning. Very insensitive to the consumer. And I told her she did not need to be an employee here because of her bad attitude.

A real inconvenience. I admit I became a bit all Irate but I submit to you what if it was happening to you how would you feel? There was a supervisor there by the name of Sean who attempt to Intervene in a way that would de-escalate the situation. It was later after my request for his supervisor he said he was the manager.

He did a poor job and I told him he should have identify himself in a professional manner but that did not happen I have been coming here for years and I have one of the bad experience. Where I caught a technician destroying a part of my car denying that he did. Well I approved him a liar because I saw the part that was broken and I pointed it out The technician. He was shocked speechless.

And guess what? I was not charge for the service because of that incident. So what does that tell you about the integrity of Gary Barbera. The second bad experience I have had.

Now they have excluded me from anymore service but its OK. Im getting news out so that people know what they are working with. I really wish this would not happen to anyone a paying customer. Service quality at Gary Barbera has gone low quality standards.

I purchased my car from them and I will not purchase another. I Friends and of my family who purchased automobiles there. And I never took credit. I will not from this day on recommend this company of manipulators and liars.

I would suggest to them go somewhere Else.

Because of one employee can destroy your business. But it is an example it starts from the top and work its way to the bottom.I dont want your business and you have lost a dedicated customer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Old white hair short female manager stated she will pay our repair that is under WARRANTY out of her high horse pocket.

Bunch of lies but my Jeep will be fixed and that will be the end with that company.

I hope I never have to deal with them again. I would rather buy a junk car then go there.

Female older white haired woman was very sarcastic and lecturing as if we were children. Very infuriating, stated she would pay $350.

Out of her pocket just so we could move on. How dare she, we all know she is not paying a dime. Woman also lied and said they dont record calls and she was with our service rep Sean and he acted properly which was an utter lie. I will never go back there, I am not a child nor stupid enough to believe this old lady!

Short old woman with white hair destroyed any future business with my friends and family. She interrupted and acted as if she was mother Theresa.

I hope I never see that old woman again! Done with Gary Barber.

Replaced main seal and damaged the Jeep In process.

One problem has led to many more problems, damage was done when they replace a main seal. The Cherokee is not safe to drive.

I have the warranty on our 2016 Cherokee, the main seal was leaking. Gary Barbera wanted to charge $450.

Because it had a 2 inch spacer lift on it, that first problem was fixed as they were not able to illegally charge with the warranty.

Now we have our Cherokee back and it is missing plastic housing, screws, loose screws, control arm is damaged both sides, tie rod is damaged and they did not do an alignment as needed when you drop and move suspension. I am headed back there Monday but I feel like I will need a lawyer as they have caused so much damage.

My wife will be calling her friends at Penn Law to hire one. We both fear this was done out of retaliation and the Cherokee is not safe to drive now.

This is not a place we trust, they do not back the warranties as they illegally tried charging us already.

We are fed up!

Preferred solution: Our Cherokee fully fixed and an apology as this should have never happened. Might legally seek compensation as we have been extremely inconvenienced.

Do not deal with Gary Barbera. They are bad for business.

They paint a façade of truth and honesty but Under that image or deceptions they are only after your money. Rude and obnoxious and a true inconvenience to the patron.

Further damage done to vehicle by mechanic, previously attempted charging for things not needing repair

Previously we experiencedThe same problems and Gary gave us money back but it took over 2 months to get it..

We thought that following our last experience in which the owner had to fiz,tat the employees would be different

This time I was charged 380. For a part tat cost 144.

And I was charged total of 617.

To replace the part taking only 1 and1/2 hours to do.

Then a few minutes before my pick up time,the service writer shawn,called to say I now needed another 1000. For a back leaking water pump.

Needless to say it didn't leak when taken to Barbara and we refused to replace it and after picking the truck up it has not leaked or overheat one time.

The entire time the employees lied and treated us horriblu.

I received the WORST service ever! They called me and informed me in such a nasty tone my car couldn't get fixed under warranty.

I have a 2015 car with full warranty, and my engine blew and they refused to fix the problem. They was said to be known for throwing away a lot of warranty jobs and do not stand for their word! Everyone at the service station desk was rude including the manager.

One particular person that was rude, nasty, and had nothing but attitude was Perla Torres she yelled at me on the phone and was very unprofessional . Then when I came in to see what was the problem she continued to yell and roll her eyes and she also threw the paper at me and refused to call a manager for me.

Gary Barbera is a ripoff and thief

I bought a car from Barbera and he ripped me off big time Sold me a lemon and agreed first to take it back and then changed his mind The 2006 Sebring had several recalls on it and I was never notified of the recalls

I was almost killed in that car twice

Please do not deal with the Barbera Group in the northest They are all thieves

I was approved for a car ànd they trade my truck and then I sign all my papers And walk away next time aweek later the manager from fiance told me to bring it back caused my pay stubs was low but the Guy who sold me the car told me that manager don't won't to do my deal caused they was making money off of me caused my truck wasn't worsted the money. I have had this new car over weeks?

Sign the papers and put money down. This place has poor customer service and very unprofessional. The waste my time.

I'm seeking lawery.
