Horrible popcorn!

As the cashier went to retrieve the bag, the person who filled the order yelled out to her you can't give out large bags. I said that I was willing to pay for the bag but she instructed the cashier to not give me the bag. I did not understand why if I was making a purchase that it would not allow me the size bag I requested even if I was willing to pay extra for it.

If it was based on the size of popcorn required to receive a large bag I would have understood. The young lady had poor customer service, which provoked me to not purchase the popcorn.

Bad popcorn

I have ordered at least 3 times and been disappointed 3 times. I thought it was because the popcorn was shipped.

But I was in Chicago 2 days ago, and bought popcorn. The kernels on the caramel crisp were tiny and tuff. I bought a separate bag of cheese corn, and it tasted stale. I lived in Chicago, and I know what Garrett's popcorn tasted like.

You can say it's the same as before, but I can tell you it's not the same. Two other people from Texas bought popcorn also.

They were not impressed. As much as I would like to keep patronizing you, I have to look elsewhere for good popcorn, and post this so others don't spend money on bad popcorn.
