Verified ReviewerQuality of fabrics has gone downhill. It’s almost impossible to find 100per cent cotton fabrics with no plastic added for stretch or whatever. I bought “organic cotton pj’s and they had plastic added.
I am disappointed with Garnet Hill. I'm on a moratorium until they go back to using quality fabrics. I was a loyal customer.

BEWARE BUYERS. If you order online and need to return because a gift duplicated youll be charged exorbitant shipping costs.
Bought a sweater. Sister gave me one identical for Christmas.
Returned one I bought. Over $22.00 of my purchase price kept for an $8.00 shipping cost!!!

I have been a Garnet Hill customer for a long time and for years it was a great place to buy quality clothing with excellent customer service.
More recently the product quality is declining and the customer service is terrible!
It is impossible to get anyone in the phone where in the past the customer service people were friendly, helpful and all about resolving any issues.
What the heck has happened to this once wonderful company?

finally got thru - was told they are switching over to a new computer system, which caused the problems. It could not have caused all the problems, but anyway they don't deserve this bad a review.

I didnt mean to use your pissed customer because I am not. I love Garnett hill.
I was checking a flat sheet that has a Dec ship date. The duvet just came yesterday was ordered in March I think she said. Long delivery times on back ordered merch should not be stated in your SALE unless it is stated the wait time on 3 to 6 months as a potential shipping date. I worked for a big computer company and I owned the process and the tools from order receipt thru billing release.
I would ask the people working what the order status review to have a story about order status throughout their life cycle. Instead of spreadsheets go get the data and feed it into the db and show them each day the remark your backload inventory.
Just a thought. I could tell you all about it.

I posted a review this week on Garnet Hill to review a swimsuit that I bought and liked. I feel though that the shipping charges are high.
Some retailers are free shipping like Zappos and Nordstrom. I wrote that I liked the swimsuit, nice color and fair price but shipping is high that they pass on to customers. They edited my review and omitted that part. I feel they are wrong to edit and slant my review.
I would not have written it if I knew they won't post anything negative about themselves. I want it taken down.
It is not what I wrote. They seem afraid to post a true (in my opinion) but negative comment.
Compared to other retailers I buy from, Garnet Hill shipping charges are higher.

I just got off with customer service myself and same! Apparently something’s gone wrong with their system.
Basically got the brush off and telling me they’ll refund my $ with a money order or bank card at some point!!
In 2023! I’ll never buy from them again!
I have a $515 refund that supposedly went to my credit card back on April 25th. It never even showed pending.
Around May 4th a customer service agent said they are "sending me a check". WHAT? Now the number disconnects every time I call it. No one returns my emails.
I need to pay my credit card bill.
What recourse do I have? Are they facing bankruptcy?
