Lied about return. I received a rumpled, ill-packaged dress and sent it back two hours after delivery.
Although unworn with tags, they rejected the return due to 'pet hair' and sent it back to me. I found only one strand of human (my) hair on the dress, which I had tried on once. Deceptive, predatory, dishonest.
I will never again shop with Garmentory or the boutique listed with them, Twig in St. Petersburg, FL.
