Garland Computers - Dishonest, rude and insulting

I bought and paid for a $150 PC on 12/14/15. It never arrived, and I have been asking for a refund every day for 10 days. All I got was excuses and attempts to blame FedEx, rather than take responsibility and do the right thing. And the communications have been confrontational and acrimonious. Garland’s Joe Bell said, and I quote, “I really don’t care what you asked me to do.” So, now, my only choice is try to get the stolen money back through Visa. The last straw is Bell is now posting on internet sites calling me “a liar and a whack job.” You should avoid this company, and Joe Bell, in particular.
