They stole my money
I ordered a Lucid mattress topper. I received a confirmation of order and payment email on 11/22/24, but no further email of shipping or delivery.
Their customer service phone number is out of service. I messaged them on Facebook five times but received no response.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Needd to change my order from 2 items to 1 item
I have gotten no feedback from Garden Trends!!! I tried the phone number they list and a recording says there is no such number!!!
I could never reach a real person to talk, just left messages. I AM DONE TRYING. ALL I WANT TO DO IS CANCEL MY ORDER!!!
I have spent over 3 hours on the phone today! I'm done.
User's recommendation: Don't deal with these people!!!!!!
