Wrong plant sent

No actual person to talk to about wrong item sent , extremely frustrating when you want the issue resolved quick to have to wait maybe two days to hear back from someone ! Good products let down by poor customer service

Replacement plant

Originally wrong acer sent, disappointed at the time but true to the companies word it was replaced.

I'm so disgusted with gardeners cream as regards customers service as I can't speak to anyone I have two disputes with them no1 i received a passion flower which was half dead 12 pound 99p they asked me to send pictures which I tried but they failed no 2 I ordered a bergenia on the 3rd of April and has not arrived can you ask them to ring me please. as I'm at my with a end phone no 0781870****none
