Superb customer service
I ordered some garden furniture from Garden4Less - about £1700 worth. The ordering process was simple and without problem.
The furniture was delivered on time, but one item was missing and one damaged. A quick call to customer services and they immediately arranged for the missing/damaged item to be replaced with no questions asked. The replacements also arrived on time.
Some weeks later, one of the chairs began to split - I reported this as a claim under warranty and yet again, this was dealt with swiftly and without question, with an exchange done within a few days.
Sometimes things go wrong when you buy online and I guess Ive been unfortunate.
However, This is one of the best companies Ive ever had to deal with in respect to when things go wrong. All issues dealt with quickly, politely and efficiently without question.
I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys to anybody for their customer service alone.

Ordered a Kettler Panasol from garden4less.co.uk over 6 weeks ago on 9 March 2022 at a cost of £739. We were told that it was in stock & to expect delivery within 2 to 7 working days.
We waited 10 days but it never arrived so my husband contacted them and they replied via email on 29 March saying,
We are looking to deliver your order with my colleague on our van due to the weight and size of this. We are looking to deliver either week commencing the 11th or 18th of April.
On 5 April we received another email from Customer Services confirming,
Our driver will be with you on Wednesday 20th April to deliver your order. It should be a morning delivery. If you need our driver to leave the goods in a safe location please let me know.
We were somewhat surprised that they were delivering personally rather than by courier as they are in Staffordshire and we're 150 miles away in Wiltshire!
We arranged to be at home all day, but by 4pm it hadn't been delivered so my husband rang them and was told that they had not got any in stock and that there are no more on order.
Apparently we should have been informed of this!!!!!
So garden4less took our money over 6 weeks ago stating that it was IN STOCK and DUE FOR DELIVERY which obviously was not true. Were not sure that they ever intended to honour their contract to deliver this item.
We are now waiting for a refund of our £739 and will then shop elsewhere, so thank you garden4less for you deceit & unreliability, we shall certainly not be using you anytime in the future. An atrocious way to treat any customer let alone one spending £739, having looked at your reviews online it would appear that we are not the only dissatisfied customer.

wrong replacement sent, very top of parasol plastic broken then sent photo to explain, waiting a replacement / reply.
