What a sham! I had the misfortune of dealing with Dai Dinh Tran, a realtor with GSPG in the Merchantville, New Jersey branch over a year ago.
He is a complete idiot and does not know real estate nor the market. After a year+ of living in the residence in which Dai had pushed to have me signed, it resulted in an awful and costly experience.
Completely incompetent and not to be trusted!
Preferred solution: Expose the incompetence
