BLANKETED/COVERED THE CAR
AS I APPROACHED THE WORKERS WERE NOT THEIR
BUT I SAW SIGN
I PANICKED AND TOOK OFF
TO TAKE IT OFF
WHEN IT FINALLY WAS DONE
THE WORKERS, SCAFFOLINGS,
AND SIGN WERE GONE.
THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING
ABOUT IT.
Preferred solution: THEY SHOULD HAVE COMPENSATED FOR THE SITUATION
