Absolute shower

Poor from the start. Delivered the materials, which was fine. The builder asked for more information to build it, as the instructions were so poor. They had also sent the instructions for the wrong shed. Shoddy- the quality of materials was very poor and the builder later commented on it Deceitful- at no time was i told that the wood could take up to TWO YEARS to ""settle?"" Actively block attempts to raise concerns or ask for refund

Complaint about garden shed

Order Reference: GBD192**** I am thoroughly annoyed that I purchased a shed from you. Firstly there were no plans as to how to build it.

The on-line video was pointless and useless. I emailed about this but I had no reply. Lets see what happens this time! There were bits missing, roof struts for example which we had to make ourselves, no hinges, not enough felt tacks, not enough battens to secure the shed together or support the roof.

Luckily we have a friend who is a carpenter and we managed to get it up and with a few extra bits and pieces it is staying up.

Not impressed and I will not be recommending you to anybody else or buying from you in the future. Your loss as I owe a number of properties and was looking to replace all their garden sheds.

Appalling customer service

I have been chasing our overdue shed for the past two weeks. Now im at the point where no one can tell me where the shed is or when it will be delivered. It was due in 4-6 weeks. Its now week 9 (week 10 on wednesday) Now were at the point where phone calls are not being answered, if i get through im being hung up on amd cut off. If i dont get a response soon ill be lookong into cancelling the order and leaving feedback online as this is ridiculous. If i can i may also take legal action as i need a shed and this lack of response is costing me money on storage fees
