I'm sure these pictures will speak for themselves.. Horrible work, they mess up my leather furniture by not covering items properly.

They left trash every where.. Job was poorly done.. He rigged/repaired a gas finance so poorly GA Gas refused to light it ...and said it was dangerous !!! He created was he called a finish up punch list and would show up to my propertly with only 5 minutes to work an the excuse that his equipment was at another location ..

He replaced my front deck and the its totally unleveled .. wood is not cut evenly.. and some of the deck boards he used were damaged, with makes no sense because he returned over 15 deck boards that were perfectly fine.. he cuts corners and has not quality in his work.

He is a thief and a liar.. please run and stay away from this company..

I signed a contract with this company because Mr Murdock portrayed himself as a capable, professional christian man. He worked on my patio and insisted i check it out after dark so i missed a few important things.

The next day i looked at the finished job and was so angry about what i saw. Siding pieces not meeting together. Spaces left with no caulking or silicon so water can get in, cracked wall panels, screen door cut uneven, no spline on screen windows which the contract called for, thin panelling placed on the inside that is already warped from the mousture coming thru it. I'm taking this guy and his company to court for breach of contract!

Run away from this guy and Garcileem Designs. He is not a professional, not a christian and is a scam artist

I actually just hired Garcilee'M Designs. I saw your reviews, I went to his website, which is Garcileemdesigns.com and I found out that all of his information is correct!

I called the insurance company and he does have insurance! You can visit his website and you can click where it states "About" and you will find all the information you need. To anyone who is reading this, I would not believe one bad review. I searched and it seems like this person, "Tracy.P" has something against him.

Her words are not from a client whom is upsent but from someone seeking revenge! I am not saying you are lying but if he did such a bad job, why do I not see any pictures aka proof that he has done so called damage to your home?, just saying! I also have called his reviewa and I personally went to one of his jobsites to see how he works and so far I am satisfy!

Not a friend just a new client! I hope this issue gets resolved and I hope this person finds peace and continue living her life without damaging others!

YES PLEASE RUN FROM THIS ***!!! HE LIED ABOUT HAVING INSURANCE THEREFORE HE COULDN'T WORK ON MY SPACE.

I ASKED HIM IF MY PROPERTY MANAGER WOULDN'T ALLOW HIM TO WORK ON THE SPACE DUE TO ANY REASON MAY I GEY MY $3750 back. He said yes but within 3 days of giving him the money it was a different story! The first question I asked when I was referred to him was Do you have insurance and licensed and he said yes I am a licensed general contractor and insured. COMPLETE LIE!!!

My property manager was going back and forth with him about the insurance documents he provided.. Guess what?! Those were fraudulent documents smh. And he said I was breaching the contract because I'm making him stop work (which I asked him not start work until property manager gave ok which he also lied saying he gave him the ok...

Like I don't speak with my property manager!?) All he did was put white paint on the walls and started epoxy on floor .. Both jobs weren't finished but he decided he still wanted to charge $2750 for that!! He had me to sign another contract after going back and forth with him... Giving me only $1650 of my money and stating I can't take legal action against him.

He was also supposed to give remaining paint and epoxy.. Last week he gave me $1000 and I had to wait an entire week for the other $650 .. But no paint and epoxy.. Which I know didn't cost $2100!

And why I couldn't get my money when it was less than a week of giving it to him? He slid the money under my door because he knew he couldn't face me...

Smh well that's what cons do! So I can be a witness to whomever needs me with your suing process!

Murdock will not start a job if a client did not give permission!. With that being said, I would not believe this complaints.

Every time I want to get something done in my home, I call Garcilee'm designs! He is a man of his word. He is a people's pleaser and would do anything to make a client very satisfied! He works from early mornings to late at night.

Trust me, I know. I have proofs of pictures of all the great things he has done to two of my homes. I have worked with him for 2 years now and he is amazing. He also doesn't even charge as much as other contractors.

He is actually pretty reasonable with his prizes! Knowing Murdock as a contractor and now a friend, I hate to see this happening to Murdock. I am willing to show anyone pictures of his true work.

Garcilee'M designs is an honest company who is run by an honest hard working man! That is all I can say!!!!

It is very sad the hate that you have for this man. I was reading all complaints and one thing they have in common is a phone number.

I guess it is the same person posting as a different person. Should I call you Jsmith or Tracy Pinto. I am a client who would not stop his business bc of people like you. He is a good man who does amazing jobs!

I hope you find peace in your heart bc wlfrom what I see, it is going to take a long time to recover.

God does not like ugly. I do not believe in Karma, I believe that we have a God who is watching!

Find your contractor from HOUZZ, Angie's List, Zoom Builder. Don't use unverified, independent reviews! Never pay anyone a hefty deposit matter HOW small he says he is!

NEVER trust anyone to get a permit AFTER they've started, no matter how much you view them as someone who has your best interest at heart! Never hire Garcilieem Designs, Flentrus Murdock, Claudia Murdock, James Williams, or any of the other criminals they run with!

This guy and his CRAZY band of thieves DESTROYED my home all the while lying about a permit and a license. I am out thousands and will be SUING him.

In the meantime, I'm warning you to RUN! He touched plumbing- all WrONG. His electrician was a joke and I have to repair EVERY single thing he EFFED up. I don't know what Flentrus Murdock does for a living, but it certainly is not construction!

To top it off, my neighborhood had the FIRST break-in in 16 years when he and his "crew" left one night.

This guy worked me! I thought he was legit and he is --- a LEGIT LIAR and THIEF!
