False Information on Title and Paperwork

Update by user Sep 23, 2019

Monetary loss is unknown. What should I have paid for the used vehicle?

I paid approx. $32,000.00 for the vehicle I bought, the one they said was new but isn't.

Garcia Honda sold me a 2019 Pilot. Told me it was new and had 25 miles on the odometer. When I drove home I saw it had over 250+ miles. I called and called but no one returned my calls. I went in personally and was told they could not fix the paperwork. After an hour of my insisting, they changed to say they could fix it if I signed papers saying that, at the time I purchased the car, I knew it was used and I knew I had lost 250+ miles of my warranty. When I refused to sign those false statements they turned the tables: told me I was lying, intimidated me, said it was my fault. What is Garcia Honda trying to hide? I am working with the State's Attorney Generals office to find out. I will obtain legal counsel after the investigation.

Mistreatment of elderly customers

My wife and I are elderly and Garcia Honda, Albuquerque NM has caused us much grief and discomfort. We went into the dealer to buy a new CR-V at about noon on a business day in January 2014. As time went on we were given a test drive and then many excuses that resulted in stalling for hours. If you are elderly you will understand that the longer it went the more we lost touch and were so tired that we did not realize what was happening. During the negotiation everything we said was discounted and incorrect. When we asked to leave we were given a high pressure pitch and told that they would finish the transaction shortly.l And, on, and on until about 8 PM (not sure about this, we arrived home at 9:05 PM. I don't really remember the contract signing but if it had been explained even in my stupor I would not have accepted it. It turned out to be the worst deal ever. Moral of this story, if you are elderly you will be mistreated by Garcia Honda in Albuquerque NM.
