I called to return the product. First, they tried saying I was past the time; it wasn't past the time.

The second thing they tried doing was saying I had to pay to ship the ones back that were not used and that they were going to deduct the ones I did ingest from what they were refunding me. I said, well, that's not a 100% money-back guarantee; we can't, we're not gonna pay for the ones that you took. She said, I'm like, what? So now I'm out my shipping.

It just cost me $20 to mail the stuff back, and I'm not gonna get the full amount. Very upset.

It's a scam. Don't go with this company, and I feel bad that Will Smith's name was all over it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. 65% refund and keep the product.

In my opinion this company is a fraud. From AI generated marketing to what your expectations of the product it is all a lie. I could not take the product because it increased my blood pressure and my cardiologist told me to quit taking it.

The way I saw it, they wanted 65% in their pockets and that was all that mattered. Buyers be ware.

I bought a 6 months supply hoping this product would help me. I received the product and while taking it I had a scheduled appointment with my cardiologist and my heart rate was elevated.

I advisesd him of this supplement and he advised me to discontinue the use. I had to monitor my blood pressure for 2 weeks and my blood pressure did improve. I sent an email to the Company, Garaherb and they have offered me a 65% refund. Since I had the supplement less than 2 weeks I would like to get a full refund and I even advised I would pay the shipping charges to return the product.

As of now no refund of any kind has been issued. I would like a full refund and return the product.

I think this is poor customer service. Can you help?

“As of now no refund has been issued”. None will be until they/you agree.

The 65% is their offer to refund you without returning product.

You would be responsible for shipping (stated in return policies) and also a 20% restocking fee. That’s in addition to any opened product not qualifying and decreasing the refund further.

People ask for refunds here all the time and refuse to return the food or product.
