Garage Flooring

We spend $1930 on products to coat our garage floor from Garage Flooring LLC. After it was professionally applied, the fumes were so bad, we had to leave our home.

The fumes were to dissipate after 72 hours per company rep, Justin. They did not and the fumes were penetrating into our home burning our nose and throat. We contacted the business - Justin offered to send an ozone machine. We, instead quickly ordered a machine that included a charcoal filtration system that had activated carbon to absorb these chemicals.

This was on for 2 weeks and three filters later the fumes and smells did not subside. We kept our garage doors and windows open day and night for over 2 weeks. They said they would send us an ozone machine to help with the odors. They did not.

We finally had our contractor with no financial interest come out as well as a professional garage floor company and both said the cause was the product, and that it was defective. We have to have the product removed now. The chemicals were awful and infiltrated our home. Garage Flooring who say they stand behind their products, are not willing to refund, even with all of the emails while we were having problems.

Their response is the professionals that came out and told us the chemicals were defective had "financial motives." We are not only out $2000, but have to pay for removal. They sent a defective product and will not stand behind it. This company is not reputable and this has been a nightmare and I am requesting a refund which was refused.

I filed a BBB complaint and am disputing with my credit card. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

I purchased a new garage floor from them in april, 2018. I received the floor in numerous boxes, some of the pieces where broke or missing clips or the wrong one (male connection instead of female).

I explained to them about my garage location to the sun, and asked what the extreme heat would do to the floor. there reply was to make sure I have a 3/4" gap all around for the expansion of the floor. the floor has been buckling, ive emailed them numerous times with no response. now I have scuff marks on the floor and ive AGAIN been emailing them questions on what type of product to use on the floor, again with No Response.

Do not purchase from this company they DO Not Follow up with any assistance what so ever. I made a grave mistake, I should've purchased my floor from RACEDECK.com
