Gift card dispute

I purchased 2 gift cards in November for Christmas gifts, I have been trying to use the cards and they were never activated apparently this is February and still cannot use the cards! I contacted customer service numerous times and still have no resolution and cant speak to anyone else! I want a refund of my $150 and would like someone to reach out to resolve this issue immediately

Only store in the entire mall with fitting room closed. Refused to return my purchase and tried to charge me for a bag to put my purchase in. Store employees Alasia and Madison are VERY unprofessional!

Impossible to order e gift card

Tried multiple times to order e-gift card for granddaughter. Talked with customer service twice.

Followed directions with no luck.

From reading the negative reviews of this place, probably a good thing. Who knows if she would have even received it!

They received my returned item but I never got my refund. Spoke to them on the phone.

They said that they refunded the money but it never came on my bank account. They are liars.

Was told by ups to contact garage about my undelivered package

Company responded professionally. Returning money.

Only minor issue is that I have to reorder and wont have refund for 5 to 7 days. The order was for Xmas.

I ordered 7 items and received 3. 2 items I ordered and 1 item I didn't order.

I have emailed and called this company numerous times to resolve my issue. Each time I was told I'd either receive my missing items or a credit. Today I received a call saying that I waited to long to dispute my claim and they will not help me. I have been emailing and calling for over a month.

They are the ones who dragged this issue out and aren't willing to honor their commitment. My daughter only received 2 items for Christmas because they didn't send my order correctly.

This company simply doesn't care about their customers. They have my money and the clothes I ordered.

I tried to order items online. Kept coming up with technical issue, but no confirmation.

Only to find out it had been charging my card, while placing no order. After much difficultly, I worked through customer service to get my charges removed. After trying once again a different day, since they assured me their website was just down that 1st day I tried, the same issue occurred. Frustrated, but still in love with the items in my cart, I called to ask if I could order over the phone.

It didnt work on their end either. They told me theyd figure out the problem with their tech people, and would call me back- even set up a date and time. Of course, no call! So, I called back the next day.

This time, I was promised a manager would call me back in 2 days.Then, when that time came, another customer service person called me and refused to let me speak to a manager. Whatd they tell me????

It was a problem to be resolved with my bank. Funny that my card works everywhere else!

No apologies for ALL the trouble, no effort to make things right.

I loved shopping in stores for years but unfortunately, Ill never be back.
