12v ride on kids vehicle
The GAOMON 12V Kids Ride On Truck Car, a battery-powered electric vehicle with remote control, spring suspensions, 3 speeds, LED lights, music, MP3, and ride-on toy car suitable for boys and girls in light blue, was missing the charger as well as the parents' remote control. Additionally, the horn did not work.
I believe that this item had been returned earlier by another customer because once we assembled the item, it was already charged. This item was purchased through Amazon.
Preferred solution: have the missing charger and controller sent to me for the product at no charge. As well as some form of refund/price reduction in good faith
