Worst life experience

Shameful-the only way to describe Ganley Chevrolet. Their sneaky and suspect behavior is despicable.

There is not one man in the bunch-only sneaky, sleazy slug. All are devoid of conscience or an ounce of humanity.

They took out 5 loans in my name for the same car and included a warranty which I told them repeatedly to take off-they always refuses ed. I told them to cancel the sale and give me my old car back. They said they destroyed the car-no way home.

Blackmailed into buying the car just to get home.

All 5 loans were approved because I have always maintained excellent credit-they destroyed that. I quickly traded in that car and got another just to stop them from taking out loans in my name. I still kept getting letters from several banks that they kept applying to. What a truly twisted thing to do-but this exposes how small and stinking they operate.

Even if you walk by this place-get a vaccine to protect yourself from them.

Not one time did I ever see 1 employee where a mask as instructed by officials. They will steal your money and your health. They did so many unfair/unethical things to me-I had a Stroke. Even though I got rid of their car-I will pay for their actions for ever.

I tried from day one to cancel the warranty I did not want but they included on the loan.

The warranty company canceled it twice-but Ganley did not forward the money to me. It wasnt till I contacted the warranty company and I pointed out they had sent Ganley 2 checks-and they kept the money. They know better-but with no morals, they never do the right thing.

The employees that work at Ganley do so because no one else will have them. They know nothing about customer service, honesty or integrity.

Dont go there-dont give them a chance to have a job.

Just keep your fingers crossed that all of their families are subjected to the disgusting, evil treatment they give out. Stay happy and healthy-STAY AWAY FROM GANLEY!

Ganley Chevrolet-Beware, Beware, Beware! They are the worst bunch of double talkers, creative swindlers I have ever encountered.

They lied from the very first loan-to all the others after. Signed the first loan-week later the finance guy said I had to come back and resign my old title-went back right away-no title. There was instead a new loan to be signed for almost $40 more than the original. I am very disabled and could not afford a jump like this.

I told him to remove the warranty-he refused. I told him to kill the deal and give me my old car back-he said they destroyed it. I was blackmailed into buying the car just to get home.

They kept sending all my personal info to banks all over-even after 2 loans had been approved. I asked the sales manager why-he said because of Hippa laws-another lie, Hippa only has to do with medical privacy-not car deception.

I have always had excellent credit. Because of their actions-my score has plummeted 58 points-dont know if I can ever get to excellent again.

I asked everybody to cancel the warranty I did not want-they all refused. This not only added to the price of the car, but the interest etc. I called the warranty place and they said they would cancel it for the full amount-they sent the money to Ganley almost 2 months ago and Ganley is still hanging on to MY money-another shady policy of Ganley.

A couple of weeks ago the sales manager said he would reduce the loan by $35 and give me the warranty money back-how can he do that when he always maintains he doesnt have the warranty money.

This would also be the 3rd loan for a different amount-they played with some numbers on #2, still did not omit the warranty and never explained how the first agreed upon loan disappeared. I called that bank and they said they never heard of me. Makes me think they are not only screwing me-but the banks too. With my excellent credit, I have never experienced anything like this.

I will say all the employees there said exactly the same thing, same way like they had been brainwashed the Ganley way. Not one time did they ever wear masks to protect customers or follow the law-just dont care about anybody but themselves. My great hope is that all Ganley employees and their offspring run into someone just like themselves and experience the horror they have put me through. Their exceptional, rotten actions have caused me to have a stroke.

No one deserves bums like Ganley employees to be harmed for life. I have read many negative reviews about Ganley-so I know Im not alone and I am sorry for all the others, If you see the name Ganley-ride by. Dont become their next VICTIM-they are not worth it. They lie, cheat, are un-American and they discriminate.

They are bad for the auto industry and the American race. Maybe they will be investigated and closed for good-best for everybody.
