My car loan co. is still calling me about a car I signed over to your dealership

My salesman told me hed call me once my plates were in for my car I bought. He never did.

I finally called the dealership a few days before my plates were due to expire and the lady tells me they had been there awhile. I turned in a car I still was paying for over to the dealership. Signed paperwork that stated I am no longer responsible for it. The car loan company has impounded the car.

Said the account is still open. Ive spoken with the general manager 2xs and both times he assured me it would be taken care of.

I called the loan company today and my account is still open. They said no one had called to verify that I no longer am responsible for the car.

Customer service at its worst! Bought a Jetta one week ago today.

Put a deposit down a few days prior and asked for paperwork to be ready to go when we came in. I bought last two cars online and spent ten min in the store signing papers. Well... of course not here.

Spent 1.5 hours with paperwork. Let me add this... it was total cash sale... no financing to do!

Then when we were done, wentto leave and the keys were missing! Two imbeciles ran around w their heads cut off trying to find the keys w no luck for another half hour. I said... just mail them to me.

They said ok. I left. Sat rolls around and I call and email with no reply to this very day. I call and email again Sunday, again...

nothing returned. Call today and was told we needed to come get the keys and sign some more paperwork. Wow... that's communicating w your customer!!!

NOT! You never called or returned a call. I tell them that they need to deliver the keys to my house and bring whatever paperwork so we can look it over. Of course...

still no call back from management! I do not think I am unreasonable! The least they could do is bring us the key. Pretty simple thing when we just handed you 20k in cash!

Any other dealership would never let it get to this point! Customer Service is not even a consideration at this dealership! Look at all the other posts recently... this dealership is making a lot of customer very unhappy!

I will post this on every Ganley website, Google lead, review board, Facebook and the others, even LinkedIn!

I would think the owner would be disgusted with this sort of behavior at a dealership w his name and better yet, his fathers name on it! Disgusting!

Yes, we are most likey going to have to sue the dealership to get our keys!

Poor qualiy of products and services

When you purchase a car you have the expectations of being able to drive the car. Within the 1st 6 weeks of owning the vehicle it has the check engine light ( supposedly fixed once) on 2x, the seat mechanism needed replaced, battery died, and now the axel seal had a tear and a leak, promised 2 key fabs and after 3 appointments no one is still able to provide these.

They continue to deny, and make excuses but it wasn't fixed and now they won't acknowledge these items. What a complete financial and inconvenient situation they have brought.

Ganley Auto Dealerships - Sales Representative Review

Test drive a Subaru, called back after consideration and told them we were on our way out to buy the car "Cash". 20 minute drive out to the dealership when we got there they said it was being test driven.

It had just left the lot 5 min. prior to our arrival. Of course the people that drove it wanted to buy it and we were S.O.L I personally don't care, I'd never go there anyways but it was my elderly mother buying the car. Poorest business practice I've ever seen not to memtion the sales manager was a total tool about it and could care less of the fact a call was made, and confirmed by the sales person, to hold the vehicle.

I will make it my life's goal to let everyone know what a piece of *** dealership it is. If that's the way they do business then they can keep it.

Sold the same car to two buyers

I went to Ganley Ford in Bedford to test drive a ford Mustang on 09.27.2015. I test drove the car and loved it.

I negotiated in good faith and made a deal that worked for me financially. I was to go in on Monday 09.28.15 to sign the paperwork and pick up my car. At Approximately 3:00 pm on Monday I received a call from the Manager at Ganley stating that the car was sold on Saturday 09.26.15 and that it should have never been offered to me, basically saying his people made a mistake and never should have offered it to me in the first place. As it turns out, another buyer attempted to purchase the car on Saturday 09.26, but was having some financing issues and the salesman did not think he would be able to help the guy, which is why he attempted to sell it to me.

On Monday morning the other buyer arrived with his own financing plan in place and purchased the car....Ganley can only offer me a "good deal" on a different car....I didn't want a different car, I wanted that ONE! The salesman called to apologize and wanted me to come look at another car on Monday 09.28.15, I declined because I was not feeling up to it after the disappointment. I asked if I could come on Tuesday and he said he was off, so I asked if he worked on Wednesday, to which he said yes.

He then added that it was important to come on Wednesday because that was the "last day of the month". That was the last straw, it became crystal clear that he was only worried about his precious sale and not one bit sorry about the treatment I received....I will not be doing business with any Ganley operation ever!!

I got a great deal at Ganley Ford

I went to Ganley Ford and got a real nice deal on a used Ford Escort. The car was in good shape and Jim, the sales guy, treated me nice. I really appreciated that as many of the oter places I visited treaed me like a *** because I was a woman buying a car alone.

Jim showed me several options and pointed out very honest pros and cons for each option. He did not hold any details back but made sure I understood exactly what the cars I was looking at were all about.

I need something affordable and dependable and they helped me find that.

Don't trust any ganley dealership

I am having a problem a ganley dealership also.The chrysler-jeep in middleburg hts made a deal with me,then change it all when it came down to sign the paper work,taking things out that was promised to me.They owe me things from the orignal deal that i still have not gotten.All i am getting is alot of bad attiudes and run around.I will never buy a car from any ganley dealership,and will be passing the word to anyone who will listen!Their sales chumps suck,get everything in writing and keep a copy for yourself never take their word for it!
