I thought you should be aware that one of your customers is committing fraud. The website in question is zoomm.de.
They are posing as an official Zoom website, and when you go to it, the link automatically tells you that you are downloading an update to Zoom. This is incorrect and actually downloads a remote access file, so the person on the other end can access your computer.

Gandi,net doesn't openly provide support telephone numbers on their website and so found their contact number on Pissed Consumer.
I called their US number thinking I would speak to some English (appreciate they're a French-based registrar) and the support agent who answered had a poor quality telephone line and a strong French accent which made it difficult to communicate, no fault of the support agent (I don't speak good French) but we agreed I should raise a support ticket.
I am not an existing customer of Gandi.net and would have wanted to move 15 or so domains across to them for consolidation and management purposes but need to perform due diligence checks on our supply chain before we can work with them.
To raise a new enquiry as a non-existing customer I needed to register for an account on their hosting platform and then needed to register again for their Zendesk ticketing system. This was where things went from bad to worse.
I submitted a ticket which contained quite a bit of detail and received an email with a ticket number but when clicking on the ticket number to open the ticket just takes me into the support portal, and no ticket display or transcript of my query, and an empty section under "activities".
I have now tried three times to raise a ticket and get an acknowledgement of my new ticket numbers, but no activity in the support portal. It's like my tickets are disappearing into the ether and no support agent has responded to any of my tickets from three days ago.
All in all not a good start and wouldn't recommend this registrar as it currently stands.

- - Attempted SSL reissue for efecta.net on Mar 15 with a wrong CSR.
- - Pending for 4-5 days; user asks to stop and restart the reissue.
On Friday, March 15th, we attempted to reissue the SSL certificate for efecta.net but entered the wrong CSR. Now, the request has been in a pending status for 4-5 days, as shown in the image provided.
Is it possible for you to stop this process?
I can't find an option to restart it so that I can initiate the reissue again. Thank you.

They haven't opened a ticket for over 10 days on their gandi platform. If we didn't call with the help of pissed consumer, the ssl certificate would expired, so that's why the response of the help desk, that is, the support on the site itself, is extremely bad, while pissed consumer solved the matter immediately...Thanks...

Gandi.net received the transfer of my domains, from my previously uncontactable registrar,... It was a forced transfer and I was not informed, with the exception of an email from Gandi, that went to a 404 page.
I am trying to access domains that belong to me, and it is not easy.
No phone numbers and no responses to filling out the form on their site,... not to mention the "HELP" button, isn't that helpfull!!!
