how to save game progress on a new tablet, i'm getting a new tablet an want to same my progress from the old tablet

I purchased the happy Father's day package on the Bingo Craze Game and didn't get the items ordered. I purchased this on 5/30/22 I will report this matter if nothing is done soon.

Bingo Day, a product of gamezen, has listed the wrong support phone number. The company connected to the phone number on their site is a pay to play bingo site, not Bingo Day at all

Gamezens Nuke War is *** garbage.

I spent money on this game to build up my account and they allow certain players to cheat.

One player nuked me and at 1 sec left during the nuke war my screen froze and I was at 100% defense. He was able to manipulate the outcome of the war by freezing the screen.

He ended up winning with double results.

I couldn't even shield.

By time the screen unfroze I was 35 seconds into another nuke war. This happened for several days.

Gamezen ignored most of my emails. After a hundred emails they finally responded.

Gamezen wouldn't even reimburse me for the units lost.

Don't play this game

Worst company out there and I mean horrible customer service and the games they produce are full of hackers trying to take your money ... Its believed that the hackers are gamezen employees

Horrible company, well known for having hacks in the game to rip off customers and to top it off the support is in Korea and very unresponsive. I do not know what the address is because they refuse to tell me.

Gamezen is a money making scam. Don't spend any money on the game Nuke War!!

They don't answer emails, they have no customer service number. They allow players to cheat to destroy accounts so you have to spend $$$ to rebuild.

Horrible horrible company allows there own employees play and cheat to the top of all the games and makes the customer spend money!!! do not give them anymore money ditch this company now!!!

Your company hacks and cheats !!! your support is awful and the fact that you have no company phone number should tell people enough about your *** products and your *** *** bag people that work for you if this is in fact a real company sounds like a 2 Korean kid company that have no lives

I played the game for a few years. Luckily I did not spend more the USD100.00. Gamezen allows players to cheat and then, when you complain about a cheat, you get punished! Futhermore, Gamezen does nothing about the cheats.

I was also one of the unlucky ones that bought hero points and never received the points. Emails goes unanswered to Gamezen. Apple does nothing to kick Gamezen out of their appstore when you complain to apple. Similarly for Android.

Their is of course easier ways to rid yourself of your money. Go find a large body of water. Throw money into water. Walk away. At least you are losing your money with less pain!!!

Nice game, it is a pity it is owned and developed by such a sh1tty company!

I have spent thousands of dollars on civilization war/heros saga. I reported a known hacker in the game and 2 days later gamezen blocked my account and accused me of hacking the game.

Gamzen is a *** company

First, Gamezen technical support refuses to respond to e-mails regarding my "disabled" game account. I have e-mailed them several times an not once received a response as to why my account was locked. I believe that since they are a Korean company they will only respond to inquiries from their countrymen.

Second, they allow players to cheat and again, they do absolutely nothing about it. I have e-mailed them on numerous occasions about these "alleged" cheaters and as usual no response.

Third, they willingly take my money to play the game but will not respond to any inquiries.

These issues are not just with me and my account. It is with others as well. The only thing to do is to stop spending money on their games.
