I was charged for two controllers when ordering one on december 9th . i sent an email was sent to customer service right after the order was placed and did not receive a response until the 11th stating the item was already shipped.
I received the package with one controller inside on December 17th and sent out another email stating I received the package with ine controller and was charged for two and asked for a refund for the overcharged amount. I was then told in another email that it showed I was charged for two controllers but the item has already been shipped and delivered they are unable to send a refund or adjust the quantity

So, I don't know how to pair my controller, and I don't know what the green flashlight means, but I would definitely buy it. Just make sure you know how to do it first.
It's a good product. I just don't know how to set it up. Watch a video first; it's a really good product and doesn't have any stick drift. It's a really nice controller.
As you can see in the pictures, it's very nice. I like it. The quality is perfect, so I would definitely buy it. Not only that, but I also want to say it looks like an Xbox controller, I just can't figure out how to pair it.
