They responded to my message and said that they won't adjust their IP detection equipment just for me. I sent them PROOF that I was in NC, and NOT Indiana, and they agreed that I was correct, but that there's just nothing they are willing to do about it.

They told me to contact my ISP provider. I have been with Gameduell over 15 YEARS. I've ALWAYS been in North Carolina! Now all of a sudden THEY decide I'm residing in Indiana, and take away my card games!

It's totally WRONG. Any suggestions?

Hello, okay...these emails for customer service are not working. I NEED LIVE HELP!

I have been a loyal customer of yours for over 15 years, and I play your site EVERY DAY! All of a sudden I have NO CARD GAMES. Your email person said you're showing my IP in Indiana. I am in NORTH CAROLINA, and I have NEVER been in Indiana!

I called my ISP. THEY show me in NC. We did TESTS. She also got 3 random Customer Service people to pull me up to see what they showed, and all 3 across the US show me in NORTH CAROLINA.

So the problem is on YOUR end. I have reset, disconnected, EVERYTHING. IT's not me! PLEASE CALL ME @ 828-308-****.

I need a LIVE tech support person to get this fixed.

Even my User Name says I'm in North Carolina! HELP PLEASE!
