Returning the item via UPS costed $52.00, still have not received a refund yet. They make a return costly and very inconvenient.

Watch out to purchase a product from this company. To return a not working product is problem.

Many e-mails to request an RMA number to return with no response.

Call the customer service number to listen to baby crying then finally someone answered to tell to wait for 24 to 48 hours to receive an RMA number. Have been waiting.
