Poor customer service

Ordered uniforms back in October its almost the middle of January still havent gotten them I talked to Mark Ellenberger district manager he assured me things would be taken care of I caled the store today and asked about my uniforms and got nothing but excuses why things werent ready and then she had the nerve to call my employer and tell them that I was rude to her over the phone I talked to Mark in November and he said he would take care of this. my phone number is 651-772-****. My name is clarence maloney and Ive worked at Metro transit almost 23 yrs . I remember telling Mark in November when you walk in the store all the girl does is sit there on her iPad watching movies and the place was a filthy mess. I like to pick up my uniforms to make sure they are correct instead waiting to get them delivered and then having to go back down there and have things corrected.

User's recommendation: Don’t go to the Lyndale store.

Terrible Customer Service

This is the third time that I've had to go to a Gall's store because unfortunately they're aren't a lot of stores that have uniform pants like the ones I like to wear for work. Every time I set foot in the Gall's store in Lenexa, Kansas I know that I will have to find everything on my own without any help from the store employees. All they do is sit behind the counter and play with their computers. If you ask them where something is they simply point into the general direction. The only way they will lift themselves up and away from their precious computer screen is to ring up your purchase. One would think that it couldn't get any worse but it has because now when you enter their store they expect you to basically sign in at a kiosk at the front door and then answer a list of questions as to why you are there. There reasoning behind this is to have a count on the actual foot traffic coming through their business. It asks for your name, why you're there, etc. That's when I stopped and asked one of the two employees, Do you want my business or do you want to waste my time answering questions with this stupid kiosk? His response was that he just worked there. So you mean if I don't answer these questions you won't allow me to shop and spend my money here? He just shrugged his shoulders. With any luck I'll be able to find somewhere else to shop for my uniform items so that I don't have to shop at Galls.

Poor customer service


Once again the Galls.com website has failed to deliver or even ship items in a timely fashion. The website charges way too much and information provided is lacking. I ordered and item on the 21st, and it has just been sent to UPS on the 29th, hasn't even shipped yet and it's the 2nd of the next month. This is an understandable mistake to happen once, but this marks the second time the website has failed to deliver in a timely fashion or really care about it's customers. I would not suggest anyone use the site. Avoid.

I was told my order would take no longer than two weeks it took six. It then came in the wrong color.

When I asked for a refund I was told I would be sent the correct items in another two weeks.

I won't be using Galls again on a scale of one to five Galls rates negative five in my book. My previous purchase from them has the lettering pealing off

was told what do you expect the shirts are old.
