Order placed - two months wait - cancelled now one month wait for refund

ordered beginning of January 2018 order had to be placed by customer service as website was not functioning correctly Customer service price was over $100 more than the published website price - They did agree to give me the published price Order placed paid $160 and was told I would receive an email when ready for delivery waited a couple of weeks - there was no record of purchase on "My Account" so called no answer Went on chat and was told the order was "In process" and should be ready to ship Waited a couple of weeks was told that Gallery Direct had "extended lead times" (without informing customers) and I should get an email shortly for delivery Waited a couple of weeks Called - no answer - phone rang for a couple of minutes than said call "could not be completed" and hung up went on Chat Was told the company was moving and there was no phone service for a couple of days Emailed and said I wanted to cancel order Waited a couple of weeks for refund Called - no answer Chatted and was again told the company was moving so no phone service and that Refund was in process no refund after another week chatted and told in process
