Horrible Customer Service

Speaking of Nail Salons: Galleria Nails has disappointed me for the 3rd time. The Le family has always done good work. They have gone to using Vagaro to make your appointments for Services-but 3 times now I make the appointment, arrive on time and then directed to sit at a station. After 20 minutes, I'm asking how much longer? I clear my schedule and I allow minimum 1 hour for my treatments, and I have other appointments on my schedule that I can't rearrange at the last minute. But after this last time; I'm done with them. My time and gasoline to be on time is $$, if the Le family cannot be respectful than they will not get 5* review from me. Customer Service= better tips, word of mouth to your friends, and above all else, returning Customers. User's recommendation: Customer Service is not a priority
