Inquiring about repairs for my main duty holster. Hopefully the company will be be willing to help repair an attachment portion to keep the holster in service for many years to come.

This holster has been my main duty holster for almost 40 years. Its an integral component of my firearm components

# 408854 placed on 6-10-2021. Paid and I have had no contact from you on the status of this order.

After a 4.5 minute wait I had to give my e-mail address and the reason for my call. When someone picked up the phone I told him what I wanted to buy and I asked him about the Christmas special that you email me almost every day- he said Christmas was over!

I asked about free shipping on the $95.00 holster and he said no. I said I would look elsewhere for the holster and he said is there anything else he could do for me! I have purchased items from you in the past and I had a good experience with the company. I dont know if I can still be a customer.

Obviously, your clocks are wrong, I called at 4:58 pm, and the recording said you were closed, but your business is supposedly open until 5:30 pm mst. My intention was to order 2 cop light ankle holsters on customer service, and pick them up at your plant. Obviously not today.

My every day concealed carry holster was damaged and returned to the factory for service which was payed for by me. Galco promised a fast turn around time only took sixteen days. They if anyone should understand that being with out a concealed carry after over eighteen years for this lenght of time makes one fell naked to the world.
