Verified Reviewer |Refillable cups and popcorn bucket
We purchased refillable promotional cups and popcorn bucket being told that refills would be $1 if we brought them back. Ive used them for a year and today I was told that they dont do that. Its fine if they dont do the $1 refills but dont tell me that you do and then honor it for a year afterwards.

Verified Buyer |Couldn't reach customer service to refund tickets
I couldnt make it to my booked showing last minute due to a health emergency and wasnt able to reach anyone to refund before the showing. Disappointed, love the theatre but will have to stick to paying at the gate in the future big blow to a horrible day unfortunately. :(

Went to see the Covenant which is a rated r movie. Had a young boy (maybe 3/4).
Taking Behind us the first 30 minutes of the movie . I honestly thought under 17 werent allowed in a rated r, but while discussing this with customer service

I am disappointed Buddha please I was Inspector Moore the cleaning it was poor quality of food is cheaper Not tasty I was suspecting in Dining in I was ready to have a great experience and I have a big surprise there was not too many choice or the food or service to the inside of the theatre for For that can I please I dont care how much is the price I just wanna have a good experience me and my family I think I work hard for my money I wanna have a good experience me and my family

Wrong info. Called ahead of time. Movie in SPANISH
I call am Ea. Tues to make sure the price is $6.75 for the advertised movie listed (Movie Room and Time ) I go on the GALAXY website EVERY Monday night.
Tues I called a little after noon to confirm the 6.75 amt. And time (lost sticker I it was 4:pm movie time.I called BLVD MALL GALAXY @ 1:43PM TUES to confirm. Was told YESto the time and $6.75. Arrived and was told is SPANISH (Language) OK?
I was very upset I don't speak Spanish and I WASN'T TOLD this when I called. That's when I called you asap. I have a medical condition. Next movie time 6:pm.
For $6.75 I bought a ticket... Had to wait for a Ride home!! PISSED. This is a boutique the 5th time SAME ISSUE.since reopen (PANDAMIC) The manager name Katie I complained to her with the problems Previously.
Been good upon calling ahead Lately. It tooo hot for this. Long lines. 2 other EMPLOYEES not opening a register help.

Unsanitary environment and cash only required
My child went to the movies with friends and cash only was required. I had to drive back and my child missed the first quarter of the movie. The concession worker who was handling the cash also served the food which is disgusting.
