No response when calling provided number of Customer Service
My issue has not been resolved…I finally heard from a customer service rep who claimed they never received my emails…I sent proof of the legitimate address I used, which is the same one they recommended. The merchandise I received was nothing as it appeared on the website…Communication was nonexistent until I notified my credit card company, and it was not soon thereafter.
Received four out of five defective/poor quality items. Just read reviews of Galartsy's poor customer service! I am concerned and want to speak to a human, please.

After numerous emails and texts to correct order I was never responded to. I accidentally ordered two of the same items at different prices and wanted to correct error.
They replied they were looking into it and shipped it without notifying me be careful when ordered that I could correct order. I also wanted to change destination but was also unable to do that because of no answer to the messages I sent.

I tried to call but got directed to email. The matter is of the utmost importance. I accidentally placed two orders and only want one delivered to the billing address.
