Unwanted cold calls
I am on the Federal Do Not Call list. These people keep cold calling me asking if I want to sell my home. I always tell them to stop calling but the next day there is another call. These people work from home and have nothing better to do than to cold call people with their SCAM. Rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER consider listing a property with someone who cold calls me. Who are these people and how do they get away with their SCAM? Caller ID shows American LL, caller states they are Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. When I called asking for more info so I could report them to the Federal DNC list I was told he was a LV Metro Police Officer. I asked for his badge number and was told 417. I called LV Metro and was told the number was too short to be a current badge number. Scammers and liars.

CCC market value is a joke
CCC market value for your car is a joke. They do not know what they are doing. They must be paid by the insurance companies. They low ball you car and then the insurance says no it is correct. They help the insurance companies steal your car. KKB AND NADA is true to the market value of your car. That is why the insurance companies will not use them and will not accept anything you give them base on KKB and NADA. I am at Fred Loya for being such a pain in my neck. My claim will be on hold until I say it is OK to go. It is my life and not their.
