i have a samsung tab a7 lite that only has gaia on it with software updates 13 on it and evertime i stop the app keeps freezing

Verified ReviewerI did receive a response to my inquiry. It took a bit of time, however, and the source of the problem (a downed web server that was making login impossible) was fixed before they replied.
- Couldn't log in; only a spinning symbol appeared.
- Password resets worked.
- A weekend outage occurred and they replied Monday afternoon.
I couldn't login, but wasn't given a message to say why. Only got a spinning symbol.
Parts of their web service was working (like resetting passwords) so it was hard to determine why I was having problems.
I suspected a part of their web infrastructure was down, and given it was the weekend, I'd have to wait until Monday for the problem to be resolved, which proved to be correct. Monday morning I could login; Monday afternoon they responded to my inquiry (it was moot at that point).
