- Item not available; refund promised within a day but not received in 7 days.
I had ordered an oven which was available in stock at Gadgets Now. I paid for it online because no cash on delivery (COD) option was available.
However, an hour later, I received a call stating that the product was not available. I was assured that I would be refunded within a day. I agreed, but it is now my 7th day and I still have not received the refund.
I kindly request you to refund my money as soon as possible, otherwise I will take legal action. Thank you.
