Disputing unauthorized charges from my checking account. They have charged numerous charges at this moment. Frustrated!

According to a special app they had us download to track our order it apparently has never left China.
I thought I was ordering a Simpleguage XL from San Antonio, not China.
Somewhere in China someone is riding around cush AF in a Rolls-Royce and *** on the fanciest baday toilet purchased with our money.
Don't get scammed like us.

I placed an order on Nov. 23 and was given an estimated delivery date of two weeks.
First off, I did not realize when placing the order that they are based in China, which should have clued me in that there might be future issues.
Anyhow, it is now Dec.
24 and I do not receive answers to my e-mails inquiring where the item is and the tracking indicates that the item never even left China! SCAM!!!
