Gadget Guard - Unable to register product for two months
I bought two new IPhones and then purchased the screen protector, after trying several times to register two protectors I got frustrated and quit, then decided to try again and it says I am too late to register. I cannot talk to anyone to resolve this issue and would not recommend dealing with this company unless someone contacts me

Can’t register new liquid screen protector

I cant register my screen protector on their site. It doesnt present a register prompt and anything I click on redirects me to Amazon. Which by the way doesnt even sell the liquid version of their products. Even if its a legitimate company I believe they deliberately make registering and filing any claim difficult enough to make most people just give up trying. Plus its way overpriced, and doesnt protect screen from hairline scratches.plus this site wont let me take a receipt photo(FYI).

Broken screen protector

This protector is a flipping joke. Registered right after I got it. It cracked right away and no one responds to you. If phone companies are going to sell them they should stand behind them. Would NEVER buy another screen protector from gadget guard!!

Scammed by Company

Gadget Guard (black ice product) is a complete ripoff. I purchased the protection when I bought my phone. Immediately I registered by warranty, since you have to within 30 days, but they have no record of the registration. However, they do have an account created under my name on the day I told them I registered. I even used the warranty card to fill out the registration 1 day after receiving the product. My phone broke today and I tried to use my warranty. In fact, this product destroyed the screen of my phone due to the extreme adhesive. When I contacted Gadget Guard, not warranty could be located. However, Robyn on the chat window, stated that many people create an account but never register the warranty. HMMM if many people are experiencing the same issue I am than maybe the website is flawed. OR IS IT? What a genius marketing scam to take people for their hard earned money. Now I am spending $250 for a replacement screen because "a warranty" couldn't be located. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! When I took my phone to the phone shop, the salesman concurred that tons of people utilizing this product have the same issue. Could be the greatest scam during a worldwide pandemic. Great job Gadget Guard/Black Ice.
