The app is great but it’s recently been laggy
Every time I go into gacha lifes app it freezes, nothing works, not even redownloading or refreshing, Ive also noticed its been happening to others.

I opened the app gacha life 2 and my avatar was glitching like crazy it said i suddenly had 9999k gems while I only had 34 it stays stuck at the home screen and I cant do anything i cant change my outfit I cant make animations how do I fix it?

Incident that happend a long time ago

My character was stolen a long time ago, the characters name is DJ X right now and in like 2017 his name was alexander I think and they stole him from me and made him one of they're own, i ask to at least credit me for making the character after gacha stole it from my hands

Randomly, in the middle of playing, my game crashed and when I reopened it, my game was entirely reset. I'm very upset.
I've spent a lot of time on this and now my entire game is gone. I'm crying.

Everything disappeared
- - Bugs hide settings and studio buttons while clickable.
- - App froze and device shut down.
- - All saves, characters and slots were lost.
Everything was good about the app 5 !! But there were bugs that made things like the settings and studio buttons just disappear!
They were still interactable but they weren't visible making it impossible for me to use them correctly! Other then that nothing was wrong until today! I was play the game when suddenly my phone froze then shut off! I thought that my phone overheated and just needed a break so i left it alone and came back to turn it on and when i went back into the app EVERYTHING WAS GONE!!
EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE I EVER MADE!!! MY SAVES, MY CHARACTERS, MY SLOTS!! EVERYTHINGG!!

We can’t save characters !
- - Gacha Club Community should be able to save their characters.
- - Accounts should save progress to prevent loss after deleting the app.
I feel as though, we the people who are apart of the Gacha Club Community should be able to save our characters. Due to the fact that hard effort and dedication is put into these characters.
Furthermore, I think its right if were able to make accounts so that way we can save our progess without it going to waste after we suddenly delete the app.

Data restoring issues
- - Deleted Gotcha Club to free storage, losing four years of data.
- - Saved the recovery code in a picture, recovered it later, but it doesn't work.
I was deleting random apps for more storage on my phone and I accidentally deleted gotcha club I had my code saved in a picture to restore my data so once I realized a few days after I deleted it I got it back and use my code but my code is not working and I have about a few years at least 4 years worth of data on just that specific account and I really need this back

So when I got gacha life again I clicked the start button and my Game and stuff were gone my characters were gone when I got in, and they looked the same the name was character name for all of them, and they looked all different the same they had Big wings Blue teal and yellow hair shield and 2 swords it same my lv is 9999 stamina is 2000 gems are 999,999+ please help me get this fixed

Hello Lunime! Ever since Gacha Club (gc) has come out, I have used it.
Now that Gacha Life 2 (gl2) has come out, the most recent update that has come out for GC has had many of the Gacha community who are on iOS, and have been patiently awaiting for this beautiful update for GL2 that you and your wonderful team have been working very hard on for these past few months, baffled. Ive researched why, and it is because GC was threatened to be taken down by the AppStore. I still do not understand why every time I (and many, many others who still play GC) make a character of whom we have spent much time on, gets deleted. Since this update for GC has come out, many of us have given up on Gacha all together, because the import feature for GL2 (which everyone on iOS is VERY excited for, i very much assure you!) has not yet come out.
I am aware of the stomach bug going around these past few months, and please, by all means, if this game stuff gets too overwhelming, take a break. Your health is much more important that a silly little dress up game. Take all the time you need. I am simply just wondering if this glitch could be reversed, if possible?
The ads, i completely understand, but they are too frequent. For example, i switch from studio to edit something 3 times in a row (maybe less) and an ad pops up. Some of them are unskippable. This makes the process of making a story very time consuming, and very challenging for me to continue making these stories.
And the glitch for not saving our characters, makes it feel more tedious than it needs to be. Before this most recent update, all was well. Minimal ads, and most importantly of all, our characters (whom we have spent hours on) saved. This update has been a very inconvenient one, and if it can be reversed, we will be extremely grateful for it.
As you are already working on this huge update for GL2, we are not expecting anything so soon. But perhaps maybe after this update on GL2, you could maybe reverse the previous update on GC? As mentioned before, we GC users are not expecting anything soon, but hopefully this email gets to you well. I hope you stay in good health, and remember to drink water, eat good meals, and most importantly, take brain breaks.
Sometimes that big brain of yours needs a break from time to time.
