Horrible company
Horrible company. I ordered over $300 worth of clothing on January 26,2025 for a vacation I was taking starting on February 28th.
It is now March 24th and I still have NOT received a single item! Yet they charged and I paid in full for my order on my credit card at the beginning of February. I have emailed many times. I have checked track my order almost every other day on their website.
It has said it packed, inspected and waiting to be shipped for a month and a half. So disappointed! They have asked if I want the partial order shipped and they will cancel the rest. What happened to all is packed and has been inspected.
Also if you cancel they charge you a 10 percent restocking fee. How can it be restocked if it isn't a complete order to ship! DO NOT ORDER FROM GABRINL. They cannot be located or even made in the US as said on the website.
If I could of given them minus stars, I would have! Horrible customer service, complete scam.

I saw an ad in my Instagram feed with a very cute sweater. I ordered two sweaters from their website which states the clothing is made in the USA.
The tag on the sweaters says it's made in China. The quality of the yarn is cheap and I wouldn't put these on my body. There is no label identifying the fiber content as required by the Federal Trade Commission. I've sent two emails to different addresses asking for a refund.
If I don't get a response within 48 hours I will ask for a refund through PayPal. I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
