Called about Motel 6 Fence Missing
A very nice, sincere young man spoke with me and collected my information and said he would speak to their liaison to speak to Motel 6 owner about the situation with an unleashed pitbull coming through the area where Motel 6 had a fence that was damaged and is no longer there. The other situation is in regards to homeless people coming through my yard and sleeping under trees on Motel 6 land.
I really appreciate the pleasant young mans time and the possibility of someone speaking to this particular Motel 6 owner on 65th in Davenport Iowa. Thank you very much!

Manager asked me to kick out some thugs that were hanging outside of the property instead of dealing with it or calling police. There was a crawling tick on the bed, along with roaches that were running around the refrigerator and the tv.
The bathroom toilet did not flush and taking my dog out to *** was horrible there was dog *** all over the grass and sidewalks. The trash can was right outside my room and it was over filled with trash handful of addicts hanging out and one of them told me that barking dogs are not allowed there.. room service came pounding on my door an hour before checkout that made my dogs start barking while I was still asleep. When I check the door to see who was knocking so hard , it was a woman walking away and told me I had to check out.
I know what time checkout is and Ive never had a worker in plain clothes knock so disrespectfully not even to ask but to tell me I had to checkout an hour before actual checkout.
One of the weirdest nights Ive ever experienced at this location in Norwalk CA. To top it off they didnt have my name in the system showing I stayed when I wanted a refund.

Still have not heard nothing back at all from them but they did DNR me from all their motels I'm not allowed at any more motel 6s but still can't get back with me to let me know what's going on it's not my fault that their properties are infested with bugs
Me and my dog got woke up early this morning with bugs biting if we got bug bites all over us f*****shouldn't have pay that type of money I get woke up with bug bites and bugs like me all over all my legs arms head everywhere you'll see I sent you a video really like my money back and you will never see me here again it is ridiculous they do not take care of properties none of them do and don't care about them at all they show that to the customer

4 Rooms we paid for had no towels. Waited 45 minutes until they could find some.
Once received, I'm not sure if they were clean, did not use. The place has questionable renters there. Overall disappointing stay. I have not received a bill or email from them.

Traumatic experience by proxy
Absolutely disgusting behavior, both employees and customers alike make false reports to try to get good employees fired when they simply follow corporate policy.
And instead of letting them work, they take the person off the schedule and causing such stress that they try to kill themselves all while having zero clue about what they supposedly did, because they're innocent. These reports usually consist of "they were racist" or "I was solicited for sex" which is very damaging to true victims of both of these things.
This is remarkably vindictive, and the fact it's allowed to be done is disgusting.
I literally just saw my friend working front desk with several years of experience go through this.
This entire company is riddled with sexism and racism as well, people try to hire as many people as possible with their own skin color, and once they're in a position of management, they begin to bully the current "minority" out and start hiring new regardless of doing a good job or not, and if you mention their behavior, they flip it and call you a racist so everyone is afraid to point it out, thus perpetuating the problem.
Most motel 6s have a horrible amount of drug addicts renting rooms to other addicts, and will go as far as to call the rooms to warn others once employees have figured out where the toxic fumes are coming from.

Cant see why I'm the last to recieve towels two's days in a row... 68.00 plus paid without a problem.
Plus indications of entry by who? I'm no problem customer any place of travel... mostly the prices same all other places as well... however just wanted to say.
Maybe more help is needed at this location... God bless you likewise amen...

I stayed in Motel 6 Rock Springs Wya few weeks ago worse management I seen the manager was so rude to guests and staff and was so unprofessional about how she treated her employees in front of people I also seen her chase a guest down and Tell them to get off her property I wrote a review about it in their site and got just a thanks for review I thinks this manager has some mental issues

We stayed at the Motel 6 and are having some complications with a refund due to a mix-up of a room and we were over charged an talked bad too..
Studio 6, Sylvia Williams G6 Hospitality Diabolical, Sociopathic, Psychotic, Nasty Attitude, Ghetto, Unprofessional, Unethical, Liar, Criminal Roswell Georgia
Where do I start. It blows my mind how and why a corporation as large as the G6 Hospitality Group would allow such disgust.
A woman named Sylvia Williams has been the manager of the Studio 6 on Roswell road in north Atlanta for years. I suppose the poor woman cannot get a job anywhere else due to her terrible reputation and has threatened G6 with litigation if they fire her. While a guest at this hotel, I complained about bed bugs and requested to be moved due to unruly guests in the room next to mine. During my two-week stay, the manager harassed me constantly and I got into a verbal altercation with her in the parking lot in plain view of other guests. The entire situation was over my complaints of bed bugs and the management's refusal to do anything about it. This woman even called the police, lied, and filed a false police report on me. I later learned from the Roswell Police that this is standard operating procedure for Sylvia and that they were tired of it.
Following the incident with Sylvia, I sent a complaint to the corporate office and received absolutely no results. Typical, Texas. Corporate was as unprofessional as Sylvia and condoned her behavior as a normal part of the company's corporate culture. Be warned. Do not stay in or go to work for the Accor corporation unless you can accept marginalization and no standards. I have not and will never patronize another Studio 6 or related hotel property since this time (Motel 6).
Slyvia Williams is a sewer rat and belongs in prison. Jim Amorosia, the president and chief executive officer of G6 should be ashamed of himself for allowing such a filthy and disgusting employee to remain on the payroll.
The following is the mission statement for G6 Hospitality Group and is a fraud. “Founded on the principles of transparency, dedication and responsibility, we have great pride in our brands, passion for our people and guests, and a commitment to continued business performance.”

Filth!And robbery by manager Darlene's refusal to refund my fee when i check out one hour after checking in. Do to filth.
I check into the room, entered and showered, after exiting the shower, i could hardly believe my eyes. The filth of human hair all over the laminate floor of the newly remodeled room was enough to turn my stomach.
I immediately contacted the front desk, ask for house cleaning. Elizibeth the lady on duty said there was no house cleaner on duty. I gathered my belongings and exited the room. Upon reaching the front desk for a refund of (at least some of the fee) she told me the manager would have to see the room.
I replied, I'll wait. She continued to explain that there wasn't a manager on duty at that time but that she would pass the message on to her manager (Darlene) and she would to contacting me. I never heard from her. I simply want the federal reserve notes back.
The place was filthy! thats the reason i could never stay in Motel 6
