Resolved: Access number not working. Can not contact G3 telecom.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Finally contacted the company through their on line chat.
That I got a response was a miracle. Received the correct information to use their services. Again, very poor customer service.
Took me about a month to get through. They never responded to me.
I tried for three weeks or more to contact G3. There were long waits and then the calls dropped.
I received no callbacks. There was no response from email or chat.
I spoke with one person and was given an access number to call long distance, but it does not work. I reported them to BBB.

Preferred solution: I want the correct access number. If can’t provide service, then need refund.
