PRESS RELEASE
BREAKING NEWS: Complaint Filed Against Black PG County Attorney and Law Firm of George Vaughan and G.V.Lawgroup for Fraud, Perjury and Making False Entries in Public Records
BY: DR. KEENAN COFIELD, JD/Psy.D/Ph.D/DD
Office of the Supreme GRAND Bishop
Baltimore, MD, January 7, 2020- On December 12, 2019 in a PG County District Court case, Attorney George Vaughan and his law group filed a Failure to Pay Rent Complaint with that Court, that led to a fraudulent judgment based upon that false filing, perjury and inaccurate information on the court document to mislead the court, parties and his own clients, Hugh Williams and Marie Williams.
Two separate places on the Form Attorney Vaughan lied and/or provided false and inaccurate information reported to the court in the case to get the false fraudulent judgment.
Attorney Vaughan marked on the Form his clients had a rental license, which they did not and Attorney Vaughan falsely stated under oath and perjury the property of his client was not Affected Property, meaning the property was not subject to being registered with the Maryland Department of Environment lead paint property registration database, and no lead inspection and certificate was needed or required for his clients property. MD DOE CONFIRMED in an email to the writer, the property was built in 1976, and was required to be registered by his landlord, inspected and certified lead FREE, before any tenant moved in.
There is a Mold and Fraud alert against the property located at 7414 Riverhill Rd. Oxon Hill, MD 20745. Attorney Vaughan indicated his clients property was not affected.
Attorney George Vaughans statement was false on the form made under the penalty of perjury and this is a False Filing or criminal act or illegal conduct as a member of the MD bar. MD law is clear under both statutes, Making False Entries and Perjury, as defined in violation of MD Rules 8-606 and 9-101.
A Complaint has been filed with the Maryland Grievance Commission against Attorney George Vaughan, for crimes committed with his Failure to Pay Rent Complaint, that lead to a fraudulent judgment entered against the tenant. We have asked that office to open a criminal investigation, which warrants immediate suspension of Attorney George Vaughan and criminal prosecution. When a landlord has (NO) rental license and no lead registration and certificate, no summary ejectment or failure to pay rent action nor evictions can legally be filed or occur.
A separate civil action shall be filed against Attorney Vaughan and his clients, including USAA the property homeowner insurer.
