No refund, product returned.

I ordered some glass doll eyes from G. Schoepfer, inc. Im sorry to say, I didnt measure correctly, and when I got the eyes, I realized this. I never opened the bag, returned the product at my expense with a note. I also have sent several emails. Ive never gotten a refund, even though I sent the item right back the next day, and it was never opened. Im pretty unhappy with whats happened. Plus, Im out 22.00. I have no idea why the co. Is not refunding my money. I could understand it if the product was opend and used but this wasnt.
