Their customer service is awful, they don't even take calls anymore.
They don't have a working customer support phone number anymore, so you have to go through their lengthy process of submitting a ticket. And they don't make submitting a ticket very simple of course, had to google it like 10 different ways to figure out how TF to do it.
Rented a Conan server through them, and it didn't even upload to my subscriptions... Now I got to submit more tickets asking them how to do it.

- Does not automatically upload to your xbox subscriptions list
Preferred solution: A proper explanation on how to set up a subscription to my server on Xbox

You have no one to speak to in customer service
How do I use the server I just rented if there's no link to game or some clue as to the name of server, please help

I rented two rust servers in January 20 24 and canceled them before February 2024. I just realized after changing debit card numbers that I have been getting charged for both servers for the last 14 months.

Reached a recording stating the phone support was no longer available. And have a nice day. This was not helpful!

I rented my server every time.I try to get people to join my server.We cannot find my server name nowhere.So how do I go about doing that
Because I rented a server through you all on Rust, and I cannot find my server name. Nobody can find me.
Preferred solution: I would like to figure out why nobody can find my server name on it on rust.

I canceled my account last year and you guys are still taking my money. Why are you still taking money from me when the person I was talking with said they would cancel it and then not? This would be a fraud.
Purchased wrong game server
Hello! I wanted to see if I could change the server i paid for.
I mistakenly bought the wrong game server. I was suppose to buy an Ark ascended server for my son.
I just wanted to see if I can get a refund so I can buy the correct one. Or if there is another solution.
