Lack of service / lack of hosting / just lacking
Down time Down time 3 or 4 ddays at a time
thats like getting sick from eatting at a restaurant and you get sick and complain ask for a refund and they say no we will give your credit for more food at the place you just got sick at. I cant upload media files to big it 25 days if support https://youtu.be/PqX_99drPWU

Refund/server not working
- - There is no support phone number; I pay out of pocket for a broken server.
- - Credits can't be withdrawn; refunds for gportal go to Microsoft.
There is no phone number where they answer. I got a server off them, and it doesn't work.
I also have credit on their site, and they won't let me withdraw it and keep having me pay out of pocket.
They tell me to go to Microsoft for a refund when I paid using gportal. I never use Microsoft.

Wiped server

This morning I went to log in and couldn't. I submitted a ticket and waited over an hour.
I got a reply. I did some equipment adjustments and checked the server. When I went to check, it's a whole new server.
None of my settings were there, and the name was gone. After 5 hours, I still have not received a response.

Server not showing up

Fraudulent Charge
I have fraudulent charges from Gportal (I have never used their services). I tried calling to resolve the issue. The phone number provided does not work anymore.

I accidentally made a new account with the same gmail
- - A friend changed my password and I may have lost access to the email.
- - I can't access the server for 3-4 days and need help recovering my account.
I gave my information to one of my friends and he changed my password and possible my email to but Im not sure but Ive been trying to get it back for like 3-4days and I cant get into my account with my server on it and my server needs an update and me and my friends cant have fun and play on it any more and I would really be happy if your company could help me get it back and my gmail is firegod7712@***.com and my old password was Ilovefrogs7712 and I made a new account with the same email so it wont let me reset my password ether it just resets it for my new account

I used to play in a server called Mr Stokelys boosted server but recently left after a few admins abused their powers and when it was reported to the owner he said they weren't getting fired or even getting a warning because they gave him alot of money. Me and another tribe who had enough of the abuse, issues and drama decided to stand up for ourselves and warn other players about what was happening and we proceeded to get banned amd told we could only come back if we gave him $20 which turned out to be a lie and he would ban you anyway.
Stokely also exclaimed that you guys wouldn't do anything to him for whatever reason which we know is false seen as hes broken many rules and him saying that shows he thinks he can get away with what hes doing and scamming people out of their hard earned money. I would really appreciate if you could do whatever is possible to deal with him as we dont want more people to fall victim to him and his tricks.
