G L Dart General Contracting Reviews

We contracted to have flooring taken up and new ceramic tile and hard flooring, (barn wood style) put down, as well as having the fireplace facing removed and stone applied. The work is beautiful! I worked mostly with Matt Dunn who assisted in my vision for my home, and actual labor was led by Leland Tope who did masonry and flooring. Greg Dart provided the superb barn beam for my fireplace mantle and Leland Tope worked it into a masterpiece. What is even better, the company is a hometown company. All I can say is, "Thank you!" Will definitely use GL Dart Contracting in the future.

Recently GL Dart performed work on my roof and chimney. They did fantastic work and I was very impressed by the young man who owns the company. He was very professional and worked with me on price and styles. He explained each step of the process including why some materials which were cheaper were actually not good to use. I have owned my house for over 20 years and hope to keep it for another 20! I don't want to cut corners even it means paying a little more. Of course, some of the things I requested did not meet my budget but Dart had work arounds which did meet my needs. Great job GL Dart!

Our firm had extensive damage to our building. Several companies wouldn't tackle the work and didn't want to because of the difficulty and dangerous parts. They handled our insurance claim and detailed permit process. They stuck with the project night and day until we got back open for business. The owner even worked on the most difficult parts himself. The office staff was more than dedicated to our insurance billing and permit process needs. We have had a lot of companies and individuals quit on projects in the past but now we use G.L Dart/A1 at other facilities and refer them to other office complexes and commercial clients.
